Cowool offers accommodation of all types, which vary depending on the residence: studios, one-bedroom apartments, and roommates in more spacious apartments. The sizes of these accommodations are specific to each residence.
Cowool is a Coliving residence.
It is therefore not a single apartment, but a set of several units in the same place, of different sizes to adapt to all situations. In addition to these apartments, the Cowool residence offers a multitude of common areas and services provided on the premises, which conventional rentals do not offer. Fitness room, coworking space, lounge café, team present all day to ensure the reception, surveillance and animation of the premises...
Yes. All you have to do is book with us the time slot that suits you for a visit.
- If you can travel: a member of our team will take you around the accommodation and the residence, and answer all your questions.
- If you are at a distance: we offer video visits.
All charges are included in the room rate.

No file, no guarantor, no school certificate or employment contract. Come as you are!
Yes. For long-term stays, Cowool applies a one-time application fee when booking. These fees allow us to prepare your arrival in the best conditions and to set up all the services associated with a long-term stay: administrative organization, carrying out the inventory, setting up your stay in our tools, personalized support during your installation, access to the concierge and the Cowool community.

Living in coliving means sharing your living space with other people.
At Cowool, all accommodations are located in the same building: you therefore have your own private home, and benefit from the common areas of the residence on your doorstep. Coworking space, cinema room, coffee area, terrace, lounge... These spaces are shared with the other residents.
